All images generated on the Create page can be upscaled to increase its final resolution. An upscale doubles the height and width of the image, resulting in a final image with 4x the pixel count. Each upscale costs 2 credits.
Upscale an image by clicking on the upscale button in the image control bar:
Before upscaling an image, you must select the “upscale creativity”. Higher creativity will allow the AI to take more liberties when upscaling your image. High creativity means the upscaled image will not exactly match your original image, but this can be useful if you want the upscaler to fix issues in the image (ex: a low quality face)
There are some downsides to choosing a high creativity value. Upscales at high creativity can sometimes start to have a “grainy” look to them. If this is happening to your image, try turning down the creativity value.
